Product Description:
The TPS62067DSGR is a high efficiency, low quiescent current power management IC. This device offers high efficiency step-down DC/DC conversion with a wide input voltage range of 3.5 V to 18 V and a selectable output voltage range of 0.6 V to 5.5 V. The TPS62067DSGR comes in a SOT-23-5 package, and offers a wide range of features including programmable switching frequency, adjustable soft start, and thermal shutdown.
