Product Description:
The AON6298 is a dual N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET with superior performance and low on-resistance. It is designed to handle high current and can be used in a variety of applications such as power management, power supply, motor control, and other power conversion systems. The device is available in a tiny SOT-23-6 package and has low gate capacitance and low gate-charge characteristics.
